Extra large exercise sandbags are for extra large guys to do low-rep strength training.  However, an added benefit of this size is the ability to under-fill it to about 2/3 full to give about the same weight as a large size.  That allows most guys to be able to do low-rep clean & jerks and other strength training exercises.  For this reason, this is a very versatile size.  It can even be filled with rubber mulch pellets to weigh about the same as our medium sized exercise sandbags.  The extra large exercise sandbags can also be very loosely filled to weigh much less and become useful for many more exercises.
