TRAINING SANDBAGS DESIGNED FOR YOU

Extra large training sandbags are for very large guys to do low rep moves with.  However, a great use for the extra large training sandbags is to fill it only 2/3 full and use it as a super-shifty bag.  This makes a given amount of sand even harder to lift and stabilize, further enhancing the sandbags effect.
